The Website is an online store specializing in the sale of standard curtains and custom-made technical curtains, accessible at https://kurtens.com.

These TOU apply to any User of the Website, whether a simple visitor or a customer. They complement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) applicable to any order placed on the Website.

Article 3 — Access to the Website

3.2. Interruptions and Maintenance

WAVE LLC reserves the right, without prior notice or indemnity, to temporarily or permanently interrupt access to all or part of the Website, notably for maintenance, updates, technical improvements, or force majeure. 4.1. Account Creation

The User has the option, but not the obligation, to create a personal account on the Website. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and save personal information. The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

4.2. Confidentiality of Credentials

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (email address and password). In the event of unauthorized use of their account, the User undertakes to immediately inform WAVE LLC at contact@kurtens.com

4.3. Suspension and Deletion

WAVE LLC reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account in the event of a violation of these TOU, fraudulent or abusive use, or at the request of the User.

Article 5 — Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership of Rights

All elements composing the Website — texts, photographs, images, illustrations, logos, trademarks, corporate names, domain names, videos, sounds, graphics, layout, graphic charter, databases, and software — are the exclusive property of WAVE LLC or its partners and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

5.2. Prohibition of Reproduction

13.3. Competent Jurisdiction

Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these TOU will be submitted to the competent French courts.

If any clause of these TOU should be declared null or inapplicable, such nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which shall remain fully in force.
