Which curtain goes on this curtain rod?
Kurtens eyelet, rod pocket or multifunction curtains slide straight onto the Ø 28 mm tube. A pencil pleat curtain hangs with silent rings, one every 10 cm of curtain rod.
How do I measure?
Measure the length of the tube alone, without the finials. Usually, the curtain rod extends 15 to 20 cm beyond the window on each side, so the open curtain clears the glass. In a recess, measure from one wall to the other.
Mounting
Screws and wall anchors are supplied with every bracket and every holdback. A curtain rod or track longer than 150 cm arrives in several parts: join them with a connector, then mount each part on its brackets.

Five ways to mount the curtain rod
On the wall for most windows, on the ceiling when the lintel leaves too little room, in a recess between two walls. The double holds a curtain and a sheer.
Wall single
One bracket per fixing point, one tube. The most common installation.
Wall double
Two Ø 28 mm tubes: the curtain in front, the sheer behind.
Ceiling single
The bracket screws into the ceiling. Useful when the wall above the window is too short.
Ceiling double
Two tubes fixed to the ceiling, for a curtain and a sheer.
Recess
The tube fits from one wall to the other, without finials. For a recessed window.
Frequently asked questions
What length should I choose?
Measure the tube alone, without the finials. Choose one of the standard sizes or type in your measurement: you pay for the 50 cm increment that covers it, and the tube is cut to your length, with the same tolerance of a few centimeters as our curtains.
And if my curtain rod is very long?
Beyond 150 cm, the tube arrives in several parts, joined by an invisible connector, with a bracket next to each connector. Lengths go up to 1,000 cm.
How many brackets?
Two up to 200 cm, three up to 350 cm, four up to 500 cm, then one more every 150 cm. In a recess, the two wall brackets are enough. They are all in the box.
What is the curtain rod made of?
The tube, brackets and finials are aluminum. The oval finial has a wood insert.
Do I need rings?
Only for a pencil pleat curtain: count one ring every 10 cm of curtain rod. Eyelets, rod pockets and multifunction headings slide straight on.
