Is the Exact-Fit Guarantee really worth it?
A custom-made curtain costs between €88 and €500+. For €29.90, you eliminate the risk of having to reorder everything.
How many times can I use the guarantee?
The guarantee covers one re-making per curtain purchased with this option. If you order three curtains with the Exact-Fit Guarantee, each one is eligible for one re-making, independently of the others.
What happens if my new measurements are also wrong?
The warranty covers a remanufacture. To maximize your chances of success, our team will assist you in taking measurements again. In case of persistent difficulty, contact our customer service and we will find a solution.
Do I need to return the old curtain?
Yes. You are not keeping the old curtain. We are requesting a product return under the Exact-Fit Guarantee.
Can I change the color or type of fastener during the remanufacturing process?
The Exact-Fit Guarantee covers dimensional errors only. The replacement curtain will be identical in color, type, and mounting; only the dimensions will change. For a complete replacement, our standard return policy applies.
How do I activate my warranty?
Go to the page: activate my Exact-Fit warranty or contact us via chat. Indicate your order number and the new desired dimensions. A photo of the installed blind can speed up the processing. Response within 24 hours.
