Is the Exact-Fit Guarantee really worth it?
A made-to-measure curtain costs between €89 and €500+. For €29.90, you eliminate the risk of having to reorder everything.
How many times can I use the warranty?
The warranty covers 1 remake per curtain purchased with the option. If you order 3 curtains with the Exact-Fit Warranty, each one is eligible for one remake, independently of the others.
What happens if my new measurements are wrong too?
The warranty covers one remake. To maximize your chances of success, our team guides you through taking new measurements. If you still run into difficulties, contact our customer service and we will find a solution.
Do I have to return the old curtain?
Yes. You do not keep the old curtain. We ask for the product to be returned as part of the Exact-Fit Warranty.
Can I change the color or fixing type during the remake?
The Exact-Fit Warranty covers dimension errors only. The remade curtain will be identical in color, type and fixing, only the dimensions change. For a complete change, our standard return policy applies.
How do I activate my warranty?
Go to the page: activate my Exact-Fit Warranty or contact us via chat. Provide your order number and the new dimensions you want. A photo of the installed curtain can speed up processing. Reply within 24h.
