Start by measuring your door frame. Take the inside width of the frame and add 30 to 40 cm in total (15 to 20 cm of overhang on each side). For the height, measure from the planned rod position (10 to 15 cm above the frame) down to the floor. The curtain should just graze the floor to eliminate sound and thermal leaks from below.
